All the raw bricks will be sent to the dryer chamber and the burning kiln by the rails.

Temperature control process

To ensure the quality of bricks, the temperature is very important.

 

Three distinct zones appear in a running tunnel kiln

Bricks firing zone

Fuel is fed into the firing zone of the kiln through feed holes provided in the kiln roof. the firing zone temperature is maintained at 900-1050℃.

Brick preheating zone

Where the raw bricks are being per-heated by the hot flue gases from the firing zone

 Brick cooling zone

Where the burnt bricks are cooled by the cold air flowing into the kiln.

By the sensors’ data from the kiln, to have a better known of the different districts temperatures.

L.  Temperature Control system

According to the monitor information, using our device to adjust the temperature is necessary.
