D1  Extruder

The extruder made by whole steel structure, two stages, the upper is a reinforced mixer with the appropriate reducer, the mainframe uses the special transmission gear box, with high extrusion pressure. Wear-resisting sleeve, Screws, and mixer blade are easy to installation and replace.

Equipped with the extruder, the high pressure leads to a better quality for raw bricks.

 

E.  Cutting system

The continuous bars from the extruder are first cut into manageable bars. Then the bar is cut into raw bricks.
