　Working Principle

Reversal lifting sling turns the mould by 90 degrees in the air for demoulding and then places the body on the cutting car along with mould side plate and the cutting car walks slowly through the launched rip cutting device for finishing rip cutting after the motor starts, goes on walking to the central position of horizontal crosscut device and stopped, crosscutting device starting, crosscutting being top-down vertical landing,horizontal cutting lifting until reset.
