Ⅰ. Aerated Concrete Batching and Pouring Floor

The aerated concrete batching and pouring floor has realized the automatic control from the raw material grinding to the slurry pouring, with stable and reliable domestic control system, stable pouring quality, convenient adjustment, which is advantageous to improve product quality and to the utilization rate of the aerated concrete.

1. Pouring floor is also called batching and pouring system, which is the part of aerated brick production line.Workflow is as follows:

First three raw material cans send cement, lime and gypsum into weighing hopper for weighing through screw conveyor, and the proportion of various materials to dry material measurement, can use measuring accumulative with semi-automatic control system, and also can use the full-automatic PLC control system for automatic additive weighting.

Fly ash or sand slurry is directly sent to slurry weighing hopper of the pouring floor by through the pipe, and this measurement can also be divided into automatic and semi-automatic measurement.

After finishing the measurement of three kinds of materials and slurry,send the material into pouring agitation tank for mixing through screw conveyor, and aluminum powder will be added by manual weighing.

2. Characteristics and requirements: the construction of pouring floor can be divided into reinforced concrete structure and steel welding structure, the general design principle is that the weighing capacity of pouring floor must reach more than 200 tons and the increased raw materials can increase the extra weight under design.

Ⅱ. The Automatic Batching System

Imported PLC intelligent control system, which is all automatic completing from raw material crushing, ascending, ball milling, wind delivering, spiral conveying and measuring raw material to the stirring, pouring and constructing, with "one-stop" work style, improves the production efficiency.Ensure the accuracy of various materials quantitative mixing and batching.

Ⅲ. Slurry Pump

SP-type and SPR-type pump are vertical centrifugal slurry pump, immersed in liquid, and used for conveying abrasive, coarse particles and high concentration of slurry.Without any shaft seal and seal water, It can work normally under the working condition of insufficient intake.The body of SP-type pump is wear-resistant metal, and impeller selects and uses wear-resistant metal or rubber, polyurethane materials. The parts of SP-type pump under immersion fluid are lined with rubber. SP-type and SPR-type pump are applicable to transport corrosive slurry.
