The other end of the bracket supporting on the adjust seat, and rolling contact with the bearing, except bracket plays a supporting role for moving jaw and bracket plays a role of insurance when the foreign materials which can not be broken entering into the crushing chamber, on the cndition that load of the machine suddenly increases, namely its rapid fracture, and protecting other parts from damaging.Adjust seat is installed in the sliding groove on both sides of the frame, and clings tightly with the wedge, when discharging mouth needing to be adjusted, making the nut right-handed with a wrench, adjustment wedge concomitantly rising, adjustable seats concomitantly move forward, then discharging mouth turning from big to small, otherwise turning from small to big.

Jaw crusher is mainly used for crushing all kinds of ores and medium-sized of large materials.Jaw crusher (jaw breaker) is widely used in mining, smelting, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry, etc. The maximum compressive strength of being broken material is 320 Mpa.

Ⅱ. Working Principle:

When Raymond mill is working, adding crush materials into the hopper from hood shell side, relying on roller device of hanging on the host plum flower shelf, orbiting around the vertical axis, spins itself at the same time, due to the effect of centrifugal force when rotating, the roller swinging outward, pressing tightly in the grinding ring, the shovel knife scooping up material and sending between grinding roller and grinding ring, thus for achieving the goal of crushing material due to roller rolling and grinding.

Winnowing process: after grinding materials, the fan blowing wind into main case, blowing powder, processing separation by the analyzer at the top of grinding chamber, the coarse material dropping into the grinding chamber and grinding again, fineness of meeting the required specification into the cyclone collector with the wind, and discharging from powder discharge mouth after collectione, the product is finished.Wind current returning into the fan by the return duct at the top of the big cyclone collector, the wind road is circular, and flows in a state of negative pressure, increased part of air volume of the wind road discharging by the exhaust piping between the fan and the host, entering into the small cyclone collector and making purification processing.

Structural Feature:

The structure of Raymond mill is mainly composed of the host, analyzer, fan, finished product cyclone separator, micro powder cyclone separator and air duct.Among them, the host is composed of rack, intake air volute, scraper knife, grinding roller, grinding ring and housing.

Ⅲ. The Structural Feature of Energy- saving Ball Mill:

Circular cone energy-saving ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part (including reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and other major parts.The machine is stable in running and is reliable in working because of hollow shaft adopting steel casting, removable lining, a rotary wheel is machined in casting rolling gear machining mode, barrel body lined with wear-resisting lining pallet, with a good wear resistance.
